quiet street comfy beds
The location is near many restaurants. I found a bakery just around the corner. The room had comfortable beds and a big shower.
My room faced the street, so I could hear people at night. The noise sometimes made it difficult to sleep.

accommodating staff fresh fruit ground floor constant noise
The staff was excellent and very accommodating. they let me check into my room an hour early. breakfast was actually quite good. It included many selections of fresh fruit.
the room was on the ground floor, not ideal. there seemed to be a kitchen nearby, and constant noise and talking were very annoying. i found it hard to relax.

The staff was helpful. My room included a balcony, it had nice views. The bed was clean, and the bathroom featured a nice rain showerhead. Robes and slippers were available for both me and my partner. I appreciate that the hotel delivered on this promise.
The furniture showed some age, and the walls had minor scratches.

The room was spacious and modern, offering quiet views of the courtyard from the fifth floor. A king size bed, excelent pillows and a tidy bathroom added to the comfort of my stay. All amenities are modern.

The staff were always accommodating. Staff members charlotte and philip stood out. The night manager, uri, provided countless suggestions. Their friendliness was notable.

Really good Stay!
great location friendly staff comfy beds fresh towels
The location is awesome, just a short walk to the metro station. There are many restaurants and shops close. The staff were friendly and helpful to me. The beds and pillows were so comfy, it was the best sleep ever!
The room has a bit of wear, I saw minor chips on the woodwork.

faulty air conditioning clogged sink
The location was alright, with metro stations fairly close by. That was acceptable.
The room i booked was not what i received. I specifically chose a room with a balcony, but upon arrival, i was told the air conditioning wasn't working properly and they offered me a room without a balcony instead. also, the sink was clogged throughout my entire stay despite me reporting it for repair. It was frustrating. the staff needs better communication and maintenance needs to be addressed faster.
